1. Booking & Payment Policy

Hajj packages are subject to final confirmation, authorization, and allocation of quota by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

AL SAUD Hajj staff assistance is available 24/7.

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the package price is required to secure a booking.

Full payment must be completed 21 days before departure.

All prices are per person and are subject to change based on Saudi regulations and currency fluctuations.

A valid passport with at least 6 months validity (up to 15 December 2027) is mandatory for all pilgrims.

Registrations are open for both Pakistani and overseas clients.

2. Required Documents

Pilgrims must provide the following documents at the time of booking:

Machine Readable Pakistani Passport valid up to 15 December 2027
Passenger CNIC / NICOP (Nadra)
Complete Address and Contact Details
Next of Kin’s Valid CNIC, Relationship, Contact Details
4 Photographs (4×3 cm) with white background
Blood Group of Applicant

Children under the age of 12 years are not permitted to participate in Hajj 2027 as per Saudi Government directions.

3. Pricing & Payments

Airfare is not included in the package price.

If airline availability requires departure or return 1–2 days before or after the package dates, any additional accommodation and related costs will be borne by the pilgrim.

Schedule may vary by 1–2 days according to the sighting of the moon and availability of flights.

E-Visa service is available.

4. Qurbani & Meals

The cost of Qurbani (Zabiha/Hadi) is included in all Hajj packages.

Three times meals and beverages are provided for all days in MINA.

In 4 & 5-star hotels, half board includes an international buffet with lunch and dinner.

In Azizia, full board includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with 24-hour service of hot tea, coffee, cold beverages, ice cream, and fresh fruits.

5. Accommodation

A-class Aziziya building with attached bathrooms.

For a separate room in Azizia, Double and Triple bed rooms can be provided at additional charges.

In Makkah and Madinah 4–5 star hotels, Triple or Quad occupancy will be through extra beds if a standard room is not available.

Additional charges apply for rooms with Haram and Kaaba view.

Hotels check-in time is after 16:00 HRS and check-out at 12:00 HRS. Due to the rush during Hajj days, hotels often delay providing room keys, so the customer will have to wait in such cases.

In case the hotel requires an extra night stay due to its check-in/check-out policy or specific timing rules, the cost of the additional night will be borne by the customer.

6. Transportation

The latest model luxury air-conditioned buses with bathrooms are provided for transportation.

Madinah to Makkah travel is by high-speed Haramain Rail (subject to availability) or by special chartered private luxury bus.

Transportation is included in this Hajj package. Airport transfers (Jeddah & Madinah) will be provided by buses as per Saudi Ministry policies.

During the five days of Hajj, exclusive private buses will be arranged for Al Saud Hajj Group pilgrims.

Any additional private transportation requested will incur extra charges.

Complimentary shuttle services will be extended during the stay in Azizia.

24-hour drop-off service to AL HARAM is provided. Return shuttle service is not available due to crowd control measures and frequently changing pick-up locations.

7. Hajj Days & Maktab

Best location in MINA near JAMARAT.

Specially designed air-conditioned tents in MINA with comfort, security, and safety.

Best location MAKTAB (A) in MINA very near to JAMARAT, with sofa cum bed (Size 50 to 55cm), pillow, bedsheet, blanket, air-conditioned tent, buffet meal, and hot & cold drinks. Average 16 people per tent (2 tents may be combined). Services by Saudi Company.

Full board meal to be served in MINA from 8th Zil Hajj to 12th Zil Hajj.

Tent in ARAFAT with meals and hot & cold drinks, floor mat / sleeping bags, and snack box in Muzdalifa. Services by Saudi Company.

Air-conditioned Arafat Camp for Ladies & Gents.

8. Guidance & Support

We arrange Hajj training sessions both in Pakistan as well as in Azizia Makkah and during the whole Hajj trip.

Our Hujujaj are facilitated by both male and female guidance.

We provide guidance for Stoning in Jamarat.

Our company will arrange for Tawaf-e-Ziaarah and Tawaf-e-Wida facilitation.

Guided Ziaraat in Makkah and Madinah.

9. General Conditions

All services are subject to Saudi Government and Ministry of Hajj & Umrah regulations.

Hotel check-in time is 04:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (Saudi local time).

The itinerary and dates are subject to change based on the sighting of the moon and Ministry approvals.

We are not responsible for any delays, losses, injuries, or damages due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., flight delays, act of God, visa issues, or government restrictions).

Wheelchair handler cost is not included in the package.

The rules and regulations issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Saudi Government must be implemented by Hujujaj.

10. Cancellation Policy

50% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled 21 to 30 days before departure.

100% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled within 21 days of departure.

Unutilized services are strictly non-refundable.

11. Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate information, all details including dates, prices, and services are subject to change without prior notice.

We recommend all pilgrims obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
